if your sponsor had filed taxes for 2022, USCIS will want the latest tax documents. If you send the one for 2021, they will believe that the person may not be working again after 2021.

In the national visa center it says to send the one for the year 2022, what do I do in that case?

I filled in march 2022 I got a rfe for recent tax documents In April my sponsor gave us 2019 2020 but not 2021 my lawyer then submitted 2019 tax my i485 got denied on May 1st 2023 reason was because we submitted 2019 tax documents I felt really 😞 but we are about to apply for i485 along with i765 and i131 my lawyer said it’s more better to reapply than file motion to reconsider but my i130 changed to actively review on the day my I485 got denied I have 33 days from the date I got the mail denial notice to do something about it otherwise I’ll be placed on removal proceedings my question is if we reapply before the 33 days period will I still get a removal proceedings notice or not please help
