I-130 - Items Submitted to USCIS
I submitted for spousal position on June 30th of 2022. We have a lawyer that is guiding us through the process. We submitted all the required documents and supporting evidence to our lawyer, so that his team could provide it to USCIS.
My wife also put together a timeline curated with photos from when we first met and vacations we've taken together. From what I can see on my profile on the USCIS website, our lawyer never submitted that timeline. Would it be helpful to submit that timeline as unsolicited evidence at this point? Or is it best to stick with what our lawyer has provided USCIS so far?

retrogression affects i-485?
hello to everyone, i am a bit concerned about the coming retrogressions. my priority date is december 2021 and my i-485 was fuled concurrently and now i am living with my family in the us while waiting. i would like to know that if it retrogresses more will i be forced to leave the us?
Approved after 405 days!!
Finally approved. The longest part is over I couldn't be happier. Although my emotions are feelings of relief not happiness as there is still a long way to go.

Le département américain de la sécurité intérieure vient d’annoncer quelques mises à jour dans le cadre du traitement de tous les dossiers relatifs aux bénéficiaires du programme d’immigration humanitaire américain, dénommé Humanitarian Parole, lancé par l’administration Biden en janvier dernier.
En effet, l’instance américaine précise qu’environ la moitié des dossiers en attente seront sélectionnés chaque jour pour être examinés par les Services américains de la Citoyenneté et de l'Immigration (USCIS). La deuxième moitié des dossiers en attente sera examinée dans l’ordre chronologique en fonction de la date de dépôt de ces dossiers.
Ces changements, selon l’institution américaine, ont été adoptés pour permettre aux personnes dont les dossiers sont en attente, d’être sélectionnées chaque jour. L’USCIS garantit que les premiers arrivés seront les premiers servis.
Cependant, « les dépôts en double du formulaire I-134A pour le même bénéficiaire seront rejetés », met en garde l’USCIS, sans donner plus de précision.
Il convient de rappeler qu’au tout début du mois de mai, l’Institut des services aux familles immigrantes (IFSI-USA) avait communiqué chiffres relatifs au nombre de dossiers haïtiens en attente. Selon cet organisme, 80,000 demandes étaient en attente pour les mois de janvier et février, à raison de 35,000 demandes pour le mois de janvier 2023 et 46,000 pour le mois de février. Ces chiffres ont été obtenus après un échange entre les responsables dudit organisme et les autorités de l’USCIS.
I-130 @Vermont .. Our case should be approved, everything is okay but what I can do to get approved?
It takes more than others. Is there anyone still waiting at Vermont - pd:March/2022 ?
In most time I don't lose hope💔, but with my case It's hard to read some others have pd later than you and got approved. What we should do to get approved as soon as possible?

i-130 approved but we have to file I-824
Hey Guys,
i-130 Form PD: 02 April 2022. California Service Center - Submitted online (IOE).
First Active Review 5 May 2023.
Second Active Review 10 May 2023
We got approved on 11 May 2023.
but we saw the approval notice in the documents tab that we have to file I-824 form because of a mistake we have done in the form. We filled both adjustment of status and consular processing in the i-130.
Has anyone done this before and how much longer do we have to wait for the I-824 to be processed and then sent to NVC?
