I went to my interview on Thursday at 8 am . when my name was called both me and my husband went to the immigration officer, he ask my husband are you her attorney, my husband reply no I’m her husband. the immigration officer said but we don’t need you at the interview we only need your wife. both me and my husband looking at each other like what did he just say. so the immigration officer said if you want to come in you can . we enter the room the only question he ask my husband was his full name and date of birth. then he begins with me . the officer did not ask me one question about my relationship all he was asking is about my country that I’m from . he was very nice . we talk then he said well congratulations your green card is approved. Timing is everything when god is in it . the wait may be long but you’ll time is coming ❤️

i just got my I-130 approved 2 days ago. I had sent my medical as a response to and RFE 1.5 months ago. I find it odd that I-130 was approved but not I-485. is this normal if you filed concurrently?

I-130 my younger sister she apply me i-130 and and the case was received February 10 2010 and notice date is October 7th 2010 and priority date Feb 4 2010 and and it's been 13.2 years so when I go to USCIS page and put my receipt number it shows is it is on my local office California and I receive only I-797c and I-797notice of action and that's it nothing else
case reopened
after years of waiting and judge dismissing the case, I sent USCIS letter to reopen the 485 case and it’s been more than 8months they finally reopened it this week and stated that they considering their previous decision, my issue is my I-130 has been filed for 930days and nothing has been done about it till now, should I be concerned?
can i submit more evidence after submitting rfe under unsolicited evidences?
i have missed couple of important items. however, i have already submitted the rfe.
will it be okay if i submit more under unsolicited evidences?

Sharing my timeline to for the awareness of the people who are on the same boat. Five days after the “I-765 card being produced, the status turned as “Card was produced” though I was expecting the delivery of the card. I am not sure it will take a while to ship the card or they already shipped to my lawyer. I have seen some people saying the status “Card was being produced” directly changed to “delivered”. So, we cannot expect the same status. #NBC #I485 #I765
NYC field office
hi— we got a RFE for medical in December. Sent it in and delivered within 2 weeks. have confirmation of delivery etc. Put in a service request 60 days later (as later stated) and then again 30 days after that- again nothing. Service requests responded in March basically saying nothing outstanding / Case still under review, etc.
Marriaged to US Citizen based GC.
