case reopened
after years of waiting and judge dismissing the case, I sent USCIS letter to reopen the 485 case and it’s been more than 8months they finally reopened it this week and stated that they considering their previous decision, my issue is my I-130 has been filed for 930days and nothing has been done about it till now, should I be concerned?

I have the same issue,mine is three yrs now nothing.

my I 130 got approved after 3 years, my lawyer told me there's nothing you can do but wait, but I did every month submitted an email on uscis account about delay on my case, other than that nothing, still waited 3 years, now waiting for my 485 to be reopen
