hi— we got a RFE for medical in December. Sent it in and delivered within 2 weeks. have confirmation of delivery etc. Put in a service request 60 days later (as later stated) and then again 30 days after that- again nothing. Service requests responded in March basically saying nothing outstanding / Case still under review, etc.
Marriaged to US Citizen based GC.
anyone else/ experiences with NYC field office??

I got courtesy email on April 28th for medical from New York field office . it was delivered to them on May 4th . may 11th both i130 and i485 went to actively reviewing. on May 12th i30 got approved . I’m yet to get any update on i485
