second interview after 2 years from the first one
we got called in for a second interview after 2 years and 4 months from the first one, not really sure what to expect.

I485 second interview after 2 years from the first one
we have a new interview to go through for the second time, just wondering g if anyone had this experience recently to share the experience.
not sure really what to expect since we already had one back in Jan 2021
not even sure if I need a lawyer to help or it should be fine since we been married since 2016 and living like any normal couple

Case was transferred to NBC on Oct 4, 2022 but USCIS JUST received my biometrics + medical and confirmed my case as employment-based on Apr 25, 2023.
My case was transferred to NBC on Oct 4, 2022; PD 4/2021. I called USCIS last week and was told they JUST received my biometrics and medical and confirmed my case as employment-based on Apr 25, 2023 even though I submitted all of them back in April and May of 2022. Anyone facing the same issue or has any idea why ?
