prepare for Stokes interview. you will be separated. Doubts about your marriage. They are suspecting marriage fraud.

You’ll be walking into stokes… Make sure you go with a lawyer. Also go over the questions that were asked in your first interview. they’ll ask same questions again in hopes that you guys give different answers from the first one. also, make sure you and your partner go over how you guys met, the when’s and where’s, dates, your first, second and third dates… names, dobs, addresses and a bunch of evidences. How the relationship progressed, when you guys got married, what influenced your decision, where, who was there, where you and your partner work, bosses names, how long they’ve worked there, the weekend before the interview, what you guys did, 24 hours to the interview and then the morning. who woke up first, who showered first, what you guys ate, who drove there, did you guys stop to get coffee?? what restaurant… Pictures with family and friends will help a lot !!! Stokes interview is a terrible interview to attend. No marriage is perfect, some partners don't even remember or care to remember certain events or dates.

make sure you know schools attended by each other, degrees or qualifications earned, wear your wedding bands too. who pays what bills, knowing each family , because questions will be asked , on self, family, income or monetary, expenses etc

I am really trying my best, we been married since 2016 and this is our third case so far, I really don’t think we need a lawyer since we been together every single day since 2016 and I can’t think of one thing that we don’t know about each other, I hope they understand the mental health that puts us through all this for all this years while others getting things done in 3 months

hello @E D any update about your case? same boat . I was called for a second interview 2.5 after our first interview.

after first interview (stokes) we got a RFE. we responded accordingly. and after 2.5 years waiting. we did a inquiry via congressman and potential law suit against USCIS. in less than 24 we got a letter to appear at the field office lobby with medical exam and marriage documentation

I did @m w @LP LP sonsorrry didn’t get back here, it was a 15 minute interview went over my I485 application general questions and he told us he need to review the file and that was it, the officer was really professional and didn’t ask a lot really, we still have a hope he will finalize it soon, good luck to you guys

what was the reason that they call you for the interview?

I truly have no idea, this is my second one and I guess he wants to check if we are still together, or maybe he just want it to see us since it was transferred from a different center, really not sure what was the reason, but he was a nice decent agent

I got approved finally for a permanent green card, it’s a journey that was longer than any expectation, thank god he made it over in one shot, good luck to everyone I truly started this journey back in 2016 with 2 different cases after denial for the first one, 7 years and 9 months in waiting I know the pain, but don’t ever give up Allah is great
