Emma told me back in April and June an interview is requested, how long does it take for me to see the interview date?
I’ve asked Emma for updates back in April and Today, they both told me “interview requested”, although I still haven’t received any interview date updates.
Did anybody have the same situation? how long does it take for them to finnaly schedule the date?

Hi All, just wanted to understand if i get a marriage based green card (already approved and card received), then is there a time limit before switching companies? Or the conditions are only of its employer sponsored green card

Termination after get the greencard
Hi guys. A friend of mine that got the GC 3 months ago, has been given a termination. Anyone knows if he could lose the GC or is he fine to look for another job and maintain it with no harm to his status?. The lawyer for his case (company lawyer) told him stay in the company between 6 or 12 months to avoid USCIS thinking he acted on bad faith. But he has been terminated, wasn't a bad faith on his side actually.

Hi all! I wanted to ask a few questions because I’m confused. My ID expires in October 2023 and I have to update it after I apply for the form I-751. What paperwork do I need to bring with me so I can update my ID? I called the motor vehicle department and they told me that after I apply for the form I-751, I have to go and update my SSN first and then bring the updated SSN, my marriage license and my passport to be able to get a new ID. Does that sound correct? Has anyone gone through the same process? Why do I have to update my SSN first? Is the paperwork they asked me to bring with correct?Thank you!
