@Abdallah 🙏🏾 ah yes, I just missed the first time uscis said it would make a decision in 5 months, when 5 months has arrived it has increased to 6 months in my case, I just find that it takes a long time to process my case and arrive with a decision

Amen i have been waiting 15.5 months now for an answer i filed in 2-22-22 and cant contact uscis until october 17 2023 to ask about my case.

i submitt my case in November 2022 for my wife back in El Salvador!!!! who outs is around that time? I never received the letter where it says which office my case is because I did not update my new adress, any idea how I can find out which office has my case

Its for all of us, whatever processing time they have said on their website for the particular processing center they will utilize that time. I am sure you will get an approval by perhaps 16 or 14 months time. Its approx the same time for all of us where ever you are from does not matter unfortunatelty or fortunately but do not loose hope.

I also think that USCIS does this on purpose(your case is taking longer than expected...etc) because they know we expect a response after 10 months or so depending on the case(in my case is the approval for I-130 for spouse) so that we do not bug them. The response or the approval will come after the stipulated time mentioned. I am expecting a response after 13 months of a patient wait, in August 2023 or early September 2023. Good luck to all. Its hard to be patient after that time but, hey, what can you do except to wait and pray being very fair to all the parties concerned.

@Maverick John I believe with faith that uscis will come with an answer! I realized that the US citizen spouses file has an estimated date for the fastest time to make a decision. I don't believe that because USCIS lied and said it will be a decision in my case within 5 months. When the month comes, it puts 8 months on. it remains as a problem for me, I have never been able to find the decision, it completely upset me and I am working a difficult time in my country, Haiti, gangs prevent us from living every day, they shoot one side of my house and I have to hide living I can not understand the living conditions that are not good. I have to make a decision because I want to live in the same place with my wife. It's been a long time since I've seen her and I haven't touched her. I want to live like a human.
