Hi all , I am ioe 09299 block. I submitted 485 for me and wife and daughter on jan 16th this year. got ead approved on may 16th . I have few questions.
1. I and attorney missed to file 765 for my daughter but we have valid visa till may 2026 . will it cause any issues for my daughter.
2. is switching to ead automatic or I need to update employer. I plan not to switch as it might risk status of my daughter
3. my i94 is expiring in sep 10 2025, planning to visit Canada for. day will this have negative impact on my i131
4. how do I find out whether my application is still with nbc or transferred to field office
5. how long will it take in nbc now a days to get approval. my status shows interview waived
Serious Problem with USCIS
Today, I got to know USCIS has mistakenly attached someone else VAWA with my E1A petition and they have been verifying and running his background check on my petition. I can’t belive this, USCIS going through a very serious problem with very non qualified people. I’m not sure how long my case will take to get approved. May be years.

Fingerprints show as taken notification
Hi, has anyone received this notification and do you know what it means? The wait is killing me, 5 years waiting on a response, 2 interviews and an unknown future. I think both interviews went well, medical exam was submitted 2 years ago. I’m hoping this is a positive sign for me. please share your experience with me.
