About I 130
we have question regarding I 130. Our mother is US Citizen Since 2022.. Me and my family lives here for so long almost 11 years we have asylum case before but now she applied for us(I 130 petition). Can somebody share their journey how long it takes to approve that petition since we lives here in US already? Thank you so much in advance!!!

yes because when we came from India if we don’t have any surname so they put our initial name as last name and first name as an FNU stands for first name unknown or unindentify… So basically our Indian name here they put as an last name …@FNU ashish kumar .. I hope I answer your question…
