I-130
its been 2.8 years since i filled for I-130 through my citizen wife and im still waiting, i got in touch with my senator and i was told uscis told the senator i have to wait úntil august for a response and even then i might not get an answer.....

Try white house too. I tried White House and they helped me. I was waiting for 26months

I'm married with military guy I'm coming here with visa and everything is fine we have strong evidence and we have 4 years waiting

I’m really sorry, 2.8 years for a marriage-based I-130 is extremely hard, especially when it’s a U.S. citizen spouse petition. That’s well beyond what most people are seeing right now. Sometimes cases get stuck in extended background checks or internal review, but that doesn’t make the wait any easier. If USCIS told your senator August is the next review point, that likely means it’s still considered “within their internal queue,” even if it feels unreasonable. You can consider filing a case assistance request with the USCIS Ombudsman if you’re outside normal processing times, and continue following up through the senator’s office. Delays like this do eventually move, but I understand how draining it is.
