MY MEDICALS RECEIVED BY USCIS - What’s next?
I RECEIVED AN RFE FOR MY I-693 MEDICALS AROUND 2 WEEKS AGO (AFTER VAWA APPROVAL OF COURSE.
NOW I-485 WAS WAITING FOR MEDICALS AND ITS PENDING.
USCIS RECEIVED THE MEDICALS ON LAST SATURDAY AND UPDATED A STATUS TODAY THAT THE RFE HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
WHAT’S AFTER??? I HEARED THE USCIS IS DOING INTERVIEWS LIKE BEFORE COVID.
ANY EXPERIENCE?
lot of ppl who came through the border in less than a few months they have they process half way and me and my husband having a real marriage, real life, travel, car, everything was wrongfully denied
USCIS THINKS IS. I started my process Dec 2021 I received my employment authorization in June 2022 but not my travel permit; march 21 REF was requested for I-130 and I-485; June 2023 I-130 was approved then June 14,2023 I-485 was denied for case abandonment ( my husband and I sent both REF same day through USPS express mail and arrived at the 2 nd day to the auscis office at manhattan, NY , my husband the same I-130 REF was requested again and same day case was change to review submitted evidence and next day was approved the I-130 , my REF (medical vaccinations) I was waiting, waiting to see any updates on my case I-485 later was requested the same I-693 later that day they updated my case with the same I-693 cancelled the request of evidence and next day my case was denied for not received my 693 (case was abandoned for me 🥸) they proceeded to denied my advance parole process and was wrongfully denied because I have my tracking number when said my REF was received next day at the mail room I abandoned my case and 15 days of that and I still waiting for the action notice I f the denial and nothing on my mail (Iwe lives in a Private home) and now I’m filing a motion but depending the decision I’m going to appear I. person in manhattan office and reclaim for what I’m going through

Hi folks!
#Dallas Field Office. I received an #RFE for me and my family and they received our #medical. After 10 days our cases still show "Case was tranfered and another office has jurisdiction". Does anybody have an idea about how much time we still need for the final approval?

requested expedite via congressman. Submitted a lot more proof (medical condition).
