MY MEDICALS RECEIVED BY USCIS - What’s next?
I RECEIVED AN RFE FOR MY I-693 MEDICALS AROUND 2 WEEKS AGO (AFTER VAWA APPROVAL OF COURSE.
NOW I-485 WAS WAITING FOR MEDICALS AND ITS PENDING.
USCIS RECEIVED THE MEDICALS ON LAST SATURDAY AND UPDATED A STATUS TODAY THAT THE RFE HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
WHAT’S AFTER??? I HEARED THE USCIS IS DOING INTERVIEWS LIKE BEFORE COVID.
ANY EXPERIENCE?

Hey Nick, just hope and pray. whilst some got their cases approved after 2weeks, others were 2weeks, mine is 76days at this point and tonight I pray that it gets approved tomorrow morning. All the best!

@Nick A best of luck Nick. after vawa approval who long you to get medical rfe? once they receive your medical RFe hopefully you’ll get your GC with out interview otherwise they sent you the interview dates online. Do you have any idea which jurisdiction working on your case?

@m shaik After VAWA approval, it took exactly 60 days to get a notification for a medical request.
My field office is Chicago

hi! my interview was waived, my lawyer told me if they asked you to mail the medical forms then you likely will not need to have an interview. USCIS received my medical forms on May 16th and my green card was being produced on June 20th. best of luck 💕

I just sent my medical as well after vawa approval a month ago . haven’t had an update yet
