lot of ppl who came through the border in less than a few months they have they process half way and me and my husband having a real marriage, real life, travel, car, everything was wrongfully denied
USCIS THINKS IS. A FAVOR; we pay taxes, work hard; non help from government in any possible way and was denied Begay they said I’m not sent my medical vaccination an not was true, I have proof and I m fight my case and If I need to court I’m going to talk about how they treat us when they are immigrants as us and y paid all my fees and work hard building life in this country and por u. pendejo Que no hizo su Trabajo en buscar MIs documents solo nego un caso

you can’t blame others bc your case was denied. you’re trying to say that just bc your marriage is real, the others are not. you gotta stop thinking about people’s stuff and start looking to your own.

@la you well I'm not in her situation, but there are a lot of the same complaints this person made especially in New York. Right now all the focus is on the immigrants crossing. Not that I have a problem because we all looking for a better life. I dropped off my rfe medical at federal plaza and it was only immigrants seeking asylum that was there, everything went okay for me. But USCIS are choosing cases, this is going on

she is not explaining all the case, anyway when they don’t have a document send a rfe to give you opportunity of send it again. She must try to figure it out what happened and how she can have a positive result

I used this page to vent my situation because the decision that my case was denied for abandonment was incorrect because:: Uscis said I abandoned my case by not sending my I765 medical exams which is incorrect since the mail delivered my documents and they lost it and we had proof of that.
We sent the I290B and the case was reopened and they notified us that the case was classified incorrectly and they are working to fix the error. we are waiting for the final decision…….
and we paid $675 por un error Que ellos cometieron Al no volver a solicitar las pruebas y tomar decision no acatando las Leyes…. este es todo el caso

at my job most of the ppl who are seeking asylum (don’t know how to use a computer, how to make a copy, how to print a document , how to send an email mail and No ingles) y llenando las calles con car wash y vendedores ilegales y tirando basura; y la mayoria recien llegados ya les fue entregado el ID de la cuidad y yo tuve que llevar papeles del banco y mimpasaporte y pruebas de mi casa hace 7 anos y esto se les esta yendo de las manos. y soy inmigrante Como todos aqui pero una inmigrante Que Le duele el pais y Que no vino a vivir de ayudas del gobierno sino de mi trabajo
