I did based on medical reason for my parents. I had to provide proof.got approved for combo then 2 weeks after got I-130/I-485 approved.

based on financial lost to person/company. included job offer (it’s a high need job), along with me and my husband’s loans and bills. got approved combo a week after we faxed the docs

@Simmy Snider I sent doctors note from parents doctors outlying there medical condition. always like ti see another Jamaican hoping you’ll get some good news soon. i am waiting on my GC since I got approved June 2 alla now them don’t send it. say Mi must reach out to them if mi nuh get it within 30 days.

@Simmy Snider I overstayed and my husband is a USC abd I was told they forgive that when you’re petitioner is a USC. damn a sorry hon.I’ve been there since 2016 got married 2019 Submit documents 2022 when my husband became citizen. which state are you in?
