I chat with agent on my 765 status. It was saying actively reviewing and i got this response. Any comments on this
“ The status change to state that the case is in adjudication. Adjudication means that it is pending a final decision by the officer.
Unfortunately the officer does not state the day the acceptance/denial will be stated and sent out to you by mailing as of yet.”

instate tuitions
hello everyone I have a question, I recently transfer to a different school, I was chocked when they told me I am not qualified for instate tuition however my previous school get it for me before I got it ? I réside here more than 12 months here. in Colorado
idk that is enough they didn’t accept my financial aids now instate tuitions

Hi All,
Today I chatted with representative via USCIS website. The representative informed me that my case was reviewed by officer on 06/22/2023 at Fort Myers Field Office.
My case was transferred to Fort Myers on 04/20/2023. My PD is current. This is non local office.
Did you have same or similar experience ? What is the next thing? I hope it will be approved soon.

I have an upcoming travel back to my home country on august 1st. do you think the green card will get here in time?
I’m scared bc it says online that it can take up to 3 months to get it sometimes.

What date must be current to receive the NVC appointment letter?
Hi, I am waiting for the nvc to schedule my consular interview.
When the nvc notified me that my case was documentarily qualified, a part of the email said this:
"before applicants in a numerically limited (preference) visa category can receive an appointment, THEIR PRIORITY DATE MUST ALSO BE CURRENT. This can delay receipt of an appointment"
My question is, which of the two dates must be current to receive the appointment letter? the filling date or the final action date?
i am an eb3 applicant (EW) outside the US, and my interview will be at bogota embassy

does anyone have any experience with this? my I130 was just approved but i485 still pending. do you know how long it normally takes? my field office is SLC but was transferred to Chicago.
