biometric help !
I had requested to reschedule my biometric appointment, but I did not receive the new appointment for 2 weeks, and then I attended the initial appointment. after that, I received the new biometric appointment which is the result of my reschedule request. I asked an agent, an I was told that I am fine if I don’t attend the new appointment, as my former biometric was applied. however, another agent told me that the system shows that I should attend the new one. what should I do? it’s 3 days passing from the new appointment, and I am afraid if adjudicating officer sees that there is an appointment that I didn’t attend.

Uscis released the data on the pending EB preference category today. In EB-4, 105,267 cases are pending, while 866 cases for religious workers are also pending.
In other words, 866 religious workers' cases have somewhat been relegated to the back of the line for other 105,267 EB-4 cases — a stark disregard for the congressional mandate of "not more than 5000 visas" per FY for religious workers. This is a flagrant case of religious persecution.
In essence, if you are starting your EB-4 application right now, technically — if nothing changes— you currently have up to 16 years of wait time. Let that sink in.

there should be really an immigration office in every city.. similar to the DMV.. I do t know why they don’t do that.. in Europe immigrantion matters are resolved in few days.. especially if you’re married..really if you’re married the whole process should take a month .. it’s so unfair
