biometric help !
I had requested to reschedule my biometric appointment, but I did not receive the new appointment for 2 weeks, and then I attended the initial appointment. after that, I received the new biometric appointment which is the result of my reschedule request. I asked an agent, an I was told that I am fine if I don’t attend the new appointment, as my former biometric was applied. however, another agent told me that the system shows that I should attend the new one. what should I do? it’s 3 days passing from the new appointment, and I am afraid if adjudicating officer sees that there is an appointment that I didn’t attend.

Personally I will attend the second appointment especially since I am somehow responsible for that confusion. In fact I will show up anywhere they ask me to no matter how many times even if it is an error on their side. They have a lot of applications for the same benefit but they have a limit on the numbers they can approve. I will not give them any reason to delay/deny my application.
