which one is better ?
hello guys , iam living in us right now if i wanna file i 130 for my sister which she is single (iam single too) is better or iam getting married and she also getting married and then file i 30 for her ,which one is better when we are single or married?

single or married doesn't make any difference because if you apply for her category is same

I would say single is better and if she is under 20 years they will process her case very quickly. for your parent it will take between 8 months to 16 months. for your sister it take at least 64.5 Months it depends your USCIS center you filed.
