US VISA - I-130(immediate relative)
my father is A US CITIZEN and he sponsored me and my brother. I got my visa this month because i got expedited due to reaching 18 yrs old soon by the NVC themselves. I did my interview and get my visa as well.
my brother’s case is DQ (documentary qualified) today 29/june/2023 and he is waiting his visa appointment in US EMBASSY ANKARA.
can we both go to US together? if we request it from NVC.
there is huge backlog in US EMBASSY ANKARA and mostly likely he is gonna wait 1 year for his interview. is there a way to prevent that waiting and go together.

Dec 2021 - I-485 was transferred from NBC to Nebraska
Feb 2022 - Fingerprints were taken
May 2022 - EAD with TP approved
Aug 2022 - I-140 RFE
Oct 2022 - I-140 was denied
Nov 2022 - Filed I-290B for I-140
Mar 2, 2023 - Case was reopened for reconsideration
Mar 3, 2023 - Case was approved / I-140
Jun 26, 2023 - Case was transferred again from Nebraska to NBC
Jun 28, 2023 - Fingerprints were taken (no new fingerprints were taken, probably transferred)
Any thoughts/same experience/ advice on this? Am I almost there? Thanks everyone!
Return to school while I-485 pending
Hello everyone, My PD is 6/2020, my I-140 is approved and the I-485 status is CRP. I want to ask if I'm planning to go back to school in Fall, should I ask the school for an I-20 since I don't know if an I-20 is needed when I-485 is pending or if getting an I-20 will interfere with the I-485 adjustment process. Your insights are greatly appreciated. Thank you

I got my EAD approval but due to address issue they asked to request to resend the card.it’s already been over a month . Do anyone have idea how an I contact them and request to resend my card soon .
