so today I spoke to Emma agent again last time they told me my interview is getting scheduled and today the agent didn’t say that and said if I wanted to create service ticket I said yes
never been through this process before can someone help me explain what this is for and how it works plz

Hello fam,
just checking if there are a lot of people like me. I applied on Sept 2021, had my interview on May 2022, and ever since I haven’t heard anything back. I have placed several service requests - nothing. I contacted my congressman 2 weeks ago, but havent heard anything back, not even the form that you have to fill out so they can contact USCIS on your behalf. I feel like it’s just an endless wait for me 🫠it’s also going to be our 2 year anniversary in 3 weeks.
my lawyer suggested not to sue them just yet and wait for the congressman’s reply. idk what to do…
as many of you I’m facing anxiety and depression, and coming here just to get some hope.. cant even talk to my friends since they all have documents and don’t understand the pain… just getting it out of my chest.

I received my approval notice for my I30. I had completed the form saying I will be doing the adjustment of status in the US. When I received my approval notice of I130 it indicates that I have not provided the details but I checked my form and it has the details. How do I contact them to correct it. Thank you. Appreciate if any feedback provided
No Updates Today.. Approvals I think after July 10
we’ll, here we go again.. no approval today.. Most government employees are off till July 4th or the week of July 4th. I expect approvals after July 10.. sad but it’s the reality :/

Vawa adjudication when?
Hi All,
It really interesting to see how time flies. Today is my 30birthday, I submitted i-485 in 2020 3yrs ago, Submitted i-360 in 2021 2yrs ago and still haven't received any response and don't know when I will be done with all this process.
I read a LinkedIn post were someone was asking if immigrating here is even worth it. Unlike others who are able to do things and move on with their life. I have been through a lot, today I am 30 and still don't have a clear picture of the next 1,2,3 or even 5 yrs. I feel very stuck at this point, I don't want to sound sad but this is a very realistic situation a lots of vawa applicants are facing.

Retrogression and Progress
Hello everyone,
I understand that there is retrogression and cases without current priority dates will not be adjudicated now. I’m wondering if USCIS will still work on them e.g. asking for RFE’s. I didn’t submit my medical when I filed so I was hoping that they would ask for the RFE during this time and I would have it back to them in anticipation for my priority date becoming current.
Does it work this way or does all work on your case come to a halt when your date isn’t current?

USCIS was under maintenance till 2am this morning based on their official announcement.
But the case status checking website is still not working properly. You put in your case number and click “Check Status”, nothing happens. Are you guys experiencing the same issue too?
