Loosing my hope…
Hello fam, just checking if there are a lot of people like me. I applied on Sept 2021, had my interview on May 2022, and ever since I haven’t heard anything back. I have placed several service requests - nothing. I contacted my congressman 2 weeks ago, but havent heard anything back, not even the form that you have to fill out so they can contact USCIS on your behalf. I feel like it’s just an endless wait for me 🫠it’s also going to be our 2 year anniversary in 3 weeks. my lawyer suggested not to sue them just yet and wait for the congressman’s reply. idk what to do… as many of you I’m facing anxiety and depression, and coming here just to get some hope.. cant even talk to my friends since they all have documents and don’t understand the pain… just getting it out of my chest.

Stay strong as you are not the only one going through this. I also filed on November 2021 and I did my interview four months ago and the interview went well but no decision till now and I also tried the Congress and file service request I keep getting the same response that my case is in line for review so now I’m only waiting for my marriage to clock two years then I can sue them .

@Oct- 2021 I keep seeing people from 2023 getting approved (which I’m happy for them), but just feel it’s not fair.. I’d rather have any decision than waiting for god knows what 😔

You can sue USCIS on your own, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Youtube "writ of mandamus pro se"
