Is USCIS case tracking site down for you guys too?
USCIS was under maintenance till 2am this morning based on their official announcement.
But the case status checking website is still not working properly. You put in your case number and click “Check Status”, nothing happens. Are you guys experiencing the same issue too?

Hi guys I applied for VAWA October 2022 self petition so I don’t have a lawyer. I want to apply for combo card under c9. my grandma mother passed in May, is her death certificate from Nigeria sufficient to apply for advance parole? The burial will be in October. where do I submit advance parole application to? is there a fee?

Hi everyone,
I submitted I-360 and I-485 in October 2022 and want to submit c9 work (I-765). Do I submit to Vermont where I sent my initial VAWA application? I just did FOIA and found out the person that helped me submit my application did not include the I-765 I filled out so now I have to submit it ASAP. Please where should I send this I-765 application? do I have to pay for it?

we have filed for our 485 in March 31, 2023. PD is current on EB2 India-08-Aug 2010. was not able to file 485 due to many reasons.
Enquired USCIS and found that my case is transferred to Albany NY field office. can I hype up my chances of getting greened in a couple of months ?!?

I got denied my EAD expedite request 😭😭😭 omg my heart just broke into a million pieces I sent everything to support the reason why…… my husband company had a huge financial lost so they couldn’t afford to pay him he tried looking for other jobs but no success now he’s doing a job that only pays him 600 a week after tax😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 This is so depressing
