Congressional Inquiry.
Looking for your help. My i485 case was put in a ‘Case Remaining Pending’ status even though my PD is current. I reached to my congressman and he inquired on my behalf. After 28 days, USCIS responded indicating that they have requested my files and an officer will review my files. Did any one of you had to go through this? if so, can you please share your experience and tell how long does USCIS take to review this?

EAD Production Delay - Asking for Timeline
Hi everyone,
Similar yo many people here, I am also experiencing delay in production and dispatching my EAD. My EAD got approved on June 28 (online case status) and it has stayed in ‘Case Was Approved’ since then.
I created this post so people with recent approval dates could share their info as well so that we have a better estimate of when our EAD will be produced and mailed.
I greatly appreciate if you could share your approval date

I485 transferred to Nebraska Service Center, any other folks in similar situation?
i had a chat through emma and i was informed that my case was transferred to Nebraska Service Center on June 30th and my local field office will make the decision.
online case history doesn’t show this info
is it a good thing?
any other folks had similar situation?

hello fam,
does anyone know what exactly does processing time mean?
for my i-485 it says 19month. I’m waiting since September 2021 so it’s already passed 19 month, and just checked with Emma and I was told that my case is processing well😂 and don’t contact us prior to Feb 2024 🫠
this is just ridiculous and I literally have no power to hang in there…

What are they trying to say here?seems like conflicting information, if my case was revisited on 5/29 how come it is still going through necessary processing checks ?Does it mean that they revisited the case, saw my pd wasn’t current and sent it to CRP without the “necessary processing checks” USCIS is talking about?
