I did Expedite 3 times grandma of 91 yrs of age was point of dying in bed. officers tell me different stories. went info pass 3x they told me to wait 30 days then 60 days then 30 days now they told me 3 months. I have the prove for it. I guess is case basis.

hope you get approved. I know someone that did it in March for same reason and got approved.

went on Friday basically and told me they didn't know why my case was pending. so now 3 months wait. so basically my case will have 1yr by the time they approve my case. this was in LA CA

yeah I feel you. Hopefully when I do my I485 it gets approved in 3 months. Hoping it's a quick approval. Immigration is just being slow in the process for any case from last year.

@rey d any uldates on your expedite? i expedited mine almost 2 weeks ago.. no update yet. I faxed evidences 3 times. I guess il play mental telepathy next time with the officer in charge of my request.
