@uscislin linuscis priority date is Useless. If I-130 ever field behalf of you and receive an recipe notice it should have priority date that is you priority date. IF I-130 is never filled then you need to wait for your VAWA application to be approved before you can do anything if you are married to an LPR. Good Luck. Keep us updated with your timeline..

thanks all for your input. I dont have any earlier priority date from i130. thats why I am asking, how would uscis decide my priority date? would it still be the date they received the i485 application or the date they approve vawa? @call me Sam @VAWA FEB2022 @Tom Cruse

@VAWA FEB2022 my I-130 was approved later abuseer didn’t show up for I-485 interview coz abuseer Revoked i-130 thats the reason my 485 denied mean time I filled VAWA like feb 2023 so what should i do any suggestions please 🙏

@uscislin linuscis once your VAWA get approved you will be eligible for AOS I485 you don't really need a priority date.

@god god once you find your vawa application you are good to go nothing much you can do. Just wait for the approval. If abuser was USC you could have field for I485 which will give you work permit and traval document. Hope helps.
