Hi All,
I finished my biometrics at 11:50 CST today. After 15 mins my status for I-485 and I-765 changed to “Case is being actively reviewed” status.
Is it normal ?
How long from here to get EAD ?

now my case is transferred again, been more than one year and all this is happening
My case has been transferred again is what I found out from Uscis Agents Emma. Is that all that they are doing since more than one year, Do they believe in Humanity at all that people need to be with their familes and people are emotional due to times like this.

My interview happened before o received combo card was on 5/22, I receive 1 week after interview everything went well it seemed normal, I had a problem in 2018 I took court because I drove after my license was suspended and the police arrested me but I was released after making the report and giving me the court ticket, I paid for the my mistake, I took the police report and the disposition that I owed nothing more so after the interview they asked to keep the answer, did anyone else go through something similar and how long did it take for an answer?

no EAD and AP for about 8month.
Yesterday, I-130 status changed “actively reviewed” and I found the approval notice in the document category.
I-485 just approved today.
no interview, no RFE.

NVC asking to add husband as household member. How to fix?
Hi I am sponsoring my husband who is currently living in Canada. I have added my mom as a household member since I do not make enough and her docs have been accepted. I added his income on my I864.
I am being asked to add him as a household member but he does not have U.S. domicile yet and also he is no longer employed currently.
I think I may need to delete my old I864 and add a new one. All other docs have been submitted and accepted just this issue has risen. Any advice on how to proceed further will be helpful.
