NVC asking to add husband as household member. How to fix?
Hi I am sponsoring my husband who is currently living in Canada. I have added my mom as a household member since I do not make enough and her docs have been accepted. I added his income on my I864.
I am being asked to add him as a household member but he does not have U.S. domicile yet and also he is no longer employed currently.
I think I may need to delete my old I864 and add a new one. All other docs have been submitted and accepted just this issue has risen. Any advice on how to proceed further will be helpful.

The instructions of Form I-864 on page 12 says that you can use his income and also add it to Form I-864A only if the income will continue to be from the same source after he becomes a lawful permanent resident.
Since he is now unemployed that means that his income will not continue to be from the same source after he becomes a lawful permanent resident.
So you cannot use his income.
