how many days does it usually take to get biometrics appointment notice by mail?

Biometrics appointment was scheduled June 30 on July 19, but I still didn’t get the letter from USCIS by mail. Maybe there are delays because of Independence day, but I am not sure.

Finally! EB2, ROW. SRC (Texas Service Center) > NBC > LAC FO Concurrent filing of 140, 485, 765, and 131. PD - January 2022. EAD was approved February 2023. 140 approved April 2023 (even with PP). My i693 was interfiled but was lost and resubmitted after 485 RFE. June 17 - Status changed to 485 RFE June 26 - Written RFE received in mail June 28 - Got copy of lost medical, sent RFE for next day delivery via USPS June 29 - Confirmed that RFE delivered to FO PO box July 5 - RFE response received July 6 - New Card is Produced!

Hello!! I called USCIS today to get updates on my cases (I-130,I-131 and I-485). The agent told me that they are still working on them and that on her end she could see that the they worked on them last days of june (the three cases). Is this a good sign? I mean, it makes me think that they are working on it and not letting time pasa by to work on it later on due to the “time frame” this process have. Thank you all

i824 approved finally after a year, i130 took 3 years

i824 finally approved and got another approval letter for i130 stating the case was sent to nvc. i130 pd : july 12, 2020 i824 pd: june 30, 2022 approval: july 5 , 2023 Good luck to you all. This was a roller coaster journey.

Good Evening Please I have a question to ask I’m an F1 beneficiary ( PD : 02/02/17 ) According to the July 2023 Visa Bulletin, date for filling is at September 2017 of which I am current for. But still I haven’t been able do anything on my ceac page as at today. What can I do please ?

Checked myUSCIS website and found the approval receipt under document yesterday. My case is F1 OPT to green card with OPT expired in early June 2023. I expedited through phone call with an agent and have faxed proofs twice to them, under severe financial loss to company and to self. I only reached them to expedite a week before my EAD expired date. Stuffs I faxed over: 1. Cover letter 2. Letter from my employer on how losing me may result in financial loss to them, and that they requested to have my I-765 case expedited 3. my expired EAD 4. my receipt notice 5. my bills 6. my federal and state tax return for last year, expressed that I did my tax duties. Not sure if the expedite request lead to this approval as there was no feedback, confirmations or follow up as we faxed thing over, but I am thrilled to receive this updates regardless. Best of luck to you who are still waiting for your EAD. I am now waiting for the next good news update from USCIS on my case. 🤞🤞
