my 2 year anniversary passed 2 months ago i am also oct 2021 filer and case is stuck “case was received” when did you case turned to actively review for the first time? and did the approval came from your local field office? lastly, where are you located.

@Zhar KS first time actively reviewing was december 27th 2022 , when I called uscis about two months ago they told me my cases were transfered from nbc to newark FO but I didn’t received any notifications of the changes. The aproval notice on my documents says it came from Nebraska service center😵‍💫 I don’t understand how they’re working fr , I filled from NJ , my i-485 second time reviewing was april 5th 2023 no updates yet

@Oct- 2021 thank you for detailed response. i think you are pretty close with you 485 too. with my I-130 still stuck at case was received, I think I am in for a long haul

congrats. my i485 was actively reviewing for the 2nd time the whole time my i130 was just in rfe. as soon as my i130 got approved, within a day, my i485 got approved too. so if your i485 has been actively reviewing for 2nd time this whole time, you can probably see an approval soon too
