I’m frustrated at this point
please how long does it take to approve I130 again. The processing time for NBC is 50months, a whole freaking 50months😩 I kept calling and chatting with them and each time they tell me something different. One said 20months, another said 15months, another said my case is still within the processing time and I have till October 2023 to get a decision. Now I’m just getting to know my case has been transferred to Baltimore field office of all places. so confused. I need someone to please explain these processing time to me because it’s really messing with my brain. Those who filled this year already have their green card, how is that even possible, what kind of rule is that ffs 🤦🏾♀️

Hello everyone!
I’m excited to share that my husband’s I-130 was approved today. He received an RFE on the 12th of July, responded the 13th, and this morning found the approval notice under the documents tab. Now we are waiting for the official letter from the NVC.

I am planning to move within my company to a different team and accept a new job. The new job that I intend to take is same as what was originally used while filing for I-140. My current and new job will have the same SOC code. Under this situation, do I or the employer need to file a new I-485 Supplement J?
My I-140 is approved. I-485 has been with USCIS for more than 180 days.
Timeline for green card
We have thankfully received approvals for our EAD and Advance Parole.
same time we received a letter our case has been transferred from Nebraska to National Benefits Center since May 12th, 2023.
Waiting patiently for our approved I485 and cards.

Case Seriosly Delayed…
My case has been delayed due to security checks.. and God knows how long it will take… I feel they chose to hold my case. I’m awaiting congressional assistance now… I don’t know I’ll be approved anytime soon.

check the filed office’s processing times
good afternoon family, today USCIS updated their filed offices processing times ..
all filed offices processing time’s decreased from 3-6 months ..
for Example: Brooklyn filed office processing times went down from 34 months to 28.5 months ..
this is a good sign that USCIS speeds up now .. hopefully all of you here will get the approval very soon ❤️
I believe a lot of ppl here would be able to submit out of the normal processing time service request soon specially 2021 filers & the years before
