Divorce
I’ve trying to get a divorce but my husband does not want to sign it… what should I do?
I asked him a couple times if he can sign it, he said yes but he haven’t do anything yet and it’s been 7 months already… I know that I need a contested divorce but I don’t have the money to pay for it… I don’t know if I can get some legal aid help or what.
I believe that he doesn’t want to sign it cause he thinks that I haven’t fix my immigration status yet and I’m not planning to tell him either
any advice, anyone with the same situation???
pls help!!!!

I-485 filling
do one have to fill out the I-864 affidavit of support if you and the immigrant are working and making decent amount of money? also, I’m I considered out of status since removal proceedings has been terminated but my EAD from the asylum filled will expire in November? can I still continue working with it?
#i601a Opinion
I have a very strong feeling the reason the processing times are growing is because USCIS knows there is a problem and knows the lawsuit that is ahead of them.
So therefore they are working on a strategy to start adjudication on all these applications super quick and so to prevent applicants from slowing them down they keep making it to where the oldest applicants can not make a service requests.
What I’m afraid of is- they will process these so quickly all at once which is going to put the visa center wait time longer #justanopinion #whoknowswhatintheactualhelltheyaredoing

finally! Approved
it was really smooth process without an interview. from my experience i will tell everybody to submit every single documents from pictures to your medical.

Thank you to everyone on Lawfully.
I would have driven myself mad if it wasn’t for everyone’s encouragement, strength and positivity.
I’ve been checking my account status and this app for the past months every moment I had, not sure what I’ll do now lol.
Don’t give up hope, good news will come. 😀

I wondering what this RFE could be. My is husband filing for my child. I already received my green card. So I'm hoping it just the medical that they need for a waiver cause we have been waiting for so long.
