EAD approved but no updates after
Hi everyone I am from Nepal,
PD: March 25 2022
140.765,485 filing date: feb 08 2023
july 06: for 765( case was approved and new card is being produced) and my PD is current.
and no updates after july 06, how long would it take for me to get my EAD in hand? Thanks in advance!
EAD card lost by the usps.
USCIS mailed my card, and it went to attorney. she wasn’t at the office that day, the mail returned to the post office. And it was never redelivered. With the tracking number it is in the post office (since may 30), but they say they shipped it back to USCIS. in USCIS they say they never got it back and tell me to start the new 765 application.
In June I did the e-request-no results.
In July-the same. Yesterday the officer by phone told they don’t see my requests in the system.
Have you ever been in this situation?
