HELP!! GC card sent to wrong address - returned to uscis
my GC card finally got approved!! my case updated quickly to show they mailed the card. i tracked the card and USPS had got it to my local post office and then sent back to USCIS due to insufficient address!! i checked my account and everything was correct address wise and I had recieved mail from USCIS before. i was told this must have been a printing error.
has anyone had this before?? how long did it take to get a new GC sent after they recieved the original back at USCIS ?? #uscis #greencard #returnedmail

am I crazy or is this a little absurd?
2+ years since 130 was submitted and it’ll be 2 years for the 485. contacted senator and they said they can’t do anything because it’s within the time frame. the center (Baltimore) says they take 2.5+ years….

hi guys, we passed the interview on 21 June, it was not bad. He keeped evidences and printed out the paper about we presented to the interview and he told us to wait their final decision. but it is already a month since the interview, there is no update yet. has someone been like that problem?

at last the card is been produced😂😂..not am easy journey I must say with all the frustration and headache but at the end am smiling and that’s what matters most..I wish all who are waiting good news soon..I won’t be asking any notice me question of when should I expect my card 🤣🤣🤣..as long it’s been produced I will surely get it..😉😝..i thank God for everything..🙏🙏

Got RFE regarding I-864, not sure what they want
I saw the RFE mail through online portal. In the mail it says;
“Based on the documents submitted, we could not determine that the petitioning sponsor on Form I-864, Affidavit of Support, is qualified. In order to be a qualified sponsor, the petitioning sponsor's Form I-864 must be properly completed and signed, and the supporting documents must establish that the petitioning sponsor's income meets 125 percent of the federal poverty guideline for the sponsor’s household size. See Form I-864P for information on the Federal Poverty Guidelines.”
And goes into detail about joint sponsor requirements.
My spouse makes more than 125% of poverty guideline. We don’t think we made errors on I-864.
I did some digging online and realized we didn’t send W2’s. But how do I tell if this is what they want?
Can I respond to this RFE via online portal or does it have to be through mail?
If they are not satisfied with my response, what’s next?
Does this RFE affect my I-765?
GC approved in 3.5 months!
No interview needed. EAD was approved immediately after biometrics.

i sent it almost 2 months ago and still no decision, its so frustrating!!!
the only thing i got is “ Request of evidence was received” - on june 8
