I-485 filling
do one have to fill out the I-864 affidavit of support if you and the immigrant are working and making decent amount of money? also, I’m I considered out of status since removal proceedings has been terminated but my EAD from the asylum filled will expire in November? can I still continue working with it?

yes you have to file I-864 your income doesnt count
did you refile for the EAD? did it give you an extension? if yes you can work with it if not then your working illegally your work should tell you that

Here is what found hopefully, this helps someone in my shoes:
If a judge dismisses your deportation or removal order, defer to your work authorization status at the time of the dismissal. If you have a valid EAD card when your removal case was dismissed, you are authorized to work until the expiration date on the card. If you applied to renew your EAD card before it expired and also before your removal case was dismissed, you may be able to continue using your EAD card for 540 days after the expiration date.
