I’m frustrated at this point
please how long does it take to approve I130 again. The processing time for NBC is 50months, a whole freaking 50months😩 I kept calling and chatting with them and each time they tell me something different. One said 20months, another said 15months, another said my case is still within the processing time and I have till October 2023 to get a decision. Now I’m just getting to know my case has been transferred to Baltimore field office of all places. so confused. I need someone to please explain these processing time to me because it’s really messing with my brain. Those who filled this year already have their green card, how is that even possible, what kind of rule is that ffs 🤦🏾♀️

DId you log in your USCIS account and check the processing time ? my case is at NBC . it showed that I’ll get a decision for my I130 in 3month I recently filed in march .

dont worry thats what happening with everyone over here and you will receive a good new soon. InshaAllah
now a days they are focusing more on july and aug cases so chances are higher for you getting lucky 😊

ha mine is saying 50months o, It was at 1 week before it started saying “your case is taking longer to process” and with the the update from my progress too

I am in the same boat. it says 50 months. it.does not.seem normal because so many people are getting theirs sooner

I applied July 11th 2022 and just got approval today. however the I-130 is not the green card. the I-485 is for the green card.

@miaa brown Yeah I know but for your I485 to be approved, your I130 has to be approved first.

@ty th yes of course. the average wait for an I-130 decision is between 30-50 months. however in my case it was 375 days. Hoepfilly yours is shorter like mine as well!!
