@april 22 the processing time for Vermont is 14.5 months .. ur case will be officially out of the normal processing times very very soon I believe the congressman inquiry will help you to get someone look into your case .. if the congressman inquiry doesn’t comeback with a good response try the ombudsman office

I’m in the same boat. Today is 444 days and every time I ask they say my case is processing normally

They say they are in a security check only to take more time, I imagine it doesn't take more than a month after they do a biometric to get the result

you have to call USCIS because the processing time for Vermont is 15 months or less. Calling is the best option because they can send an inquiry immediately.
