live agent inquiry
Today marked 90 days after interview and I connected to a live agent online.
I told them that I want to create an inquiry for my case since it’s been 90 days after interview..
I was told that “The most recent activity shows a review dated 7/21/2023” which was last Friday.
she said that she is unable to see the results of the review. and we will notify you if we need anything..
what do you guys think? am I close to a decision?

did uscis upload your bank statement and tax in your documents?
hey guys! I just figured out that whoever scan and upload the evidence for my case did a really not so good job. they skipped a lot of evidence that I have submitted including the bank statements. but before I jump into the conclusion that they didn’t do a good job I would like to see if they purposely skip the bank statement and tax return for the sensitive personal information concern. any experience?
N-400 approved in about 5 months
Filed n-400 in mid Feb 2023. Biometrics in early March. Received interview notice in late May for late June interview date. Had to reschedule due to pre-planned travel. Sent in change request (first called the customer service number, then was contacted by the field office to send in written request) and interview was cancelled in early June. Received another interview notice in late June for late July interview. Case approved at the interview and the ceremony was the next day.
No Case Status Update…..

I have concerns……
I used to get case status updates such as “RFE Sent,” “Response to RFE Received.” when my applications were at National Benefit Center.
Now apparently my applications got transferred to Boston Field Office (I reside in Georgia) and I received a medical RFE for I-485 to make a final decision.
Since then, I have mailed out my medical. according to USPS tracking, my mail was delivered at the federal building in Boston which the Boston Field Office is among other federal agencies.
I haven’t gotten any updated case status on my account about getting my medical RFE nor Boston Office has received my medical.
If I don’t receive updated case status and I can’t confirm it on my USCIS account, how do I verify whether or not if USCIS received my medical?
Please help me out!

Hi! Any miami applicants? had my interview in February and my status is still “interview was scheduled.” Im past 120 days and still no decision. Tried calling and they said I had to wait, and also tried contacting senator and received a generic response about some cases taking longer, etc… so basically nothing helped… I know ny options are either keep waiting or sue at this point. Just wanted to know of anyone is on a similar situation at this location or anywhere honestly..

so in 2 months I got my work card
I hope i485 will be approved soon too
I got my medical RFE in may 20th and responded in a week .
“UPDATE”
I got an email this morning that they are working on my keys so I message to Emma for a status update and live agent said my 485 WAS APPROVED 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

I just got a letter in the mail saying my I-485 was denied in the grounds of not providing RFE. (Said my request was abandoned)
The RFE in question said to be sent on June 9 so according to the letter hasn’t been a month since the request. The RFE in question is proof of vaccination and doctor examination which I have done and it is ready to send but I had to have time to take those vaccines again.
They said I had 33 days to leave the US yet the letter says “The response with the requested evidence was due to us no later than September 5, 2023. You did not respond to the RFE. Actually, the RFE was returned as undeliverable and you have not updated your address.”
That being said, we did receive the RFE and the USCIS agent also confirmed that the proof of vaccination was the requested evidence so I don’t know how to proceed with this.
I sent a letter in explaining the situation and with pictures of the requested information that I would send in soon. #immigration #visa #I485
#I130 actively being reviewed
Hello ,
quick update. been waiting now for over 13.5 months. My I130 went into actively being reviewed, we then got Emergency Advance parole. While traveling we received RFE for I130 I’ve submitted it then went into RFE recieved , last night change back to actively being reviewed. I pray for good news next 🙏
