#I130 actively being reviewed
Hello ,
quick update. been waiting now for over 13.5 months. My I130 went into actively being reviewed, we then got Emergency Advance parole. While traveling we received RFE for I130 I’ve submitted it then went into RFE recieved , last night change back to actively being reviewed. I pray for good news next 🙏

@anndia tibbs no we mailed them, RFE received 7/26 mailed on 7/02 updated to received 7/6 and actively being reviewed 7/25
