live agent inquiry
Today marked 90 days after interview and I connected to a live agent online.
I told them that I want to create an inquiry for my case since it’s been 90 days after interview..
I was told that “The most recent activity shows a review dated 7/21/2023” which was last Friday.
she said that she is unable to see the results of the review. and we will notify you if we need anything..
what do you guys think? am I close to a decision?

man you are still waiting? ooooof! i talked to an agent last week they say they have to approve your 130 first then continue to have decision on 485. is your 130 approved?

@a shammari since we have our I30 approval, interview was very quick and smooth. didn’t give recommendation but IO said only give me 2 weeks to complete your case.. NJ newark office

@baris kurt since you have ur I-130 approved your biggest shot to get ur I-485 approval is to contact the ombudsman office
I got approved finally on July/4th 4 weeks after I contacted them and 4 days only after the uscis response to them

@roro April 2022 I just prepared the email to contact them but I’ll just wait 1 more week since they’ve reviewed my case last Friday. thanks 🙏🏼
