@shob Demax My deadline is in October and I already mailed out my medical RFE to Boston Office. I used USPS tracking and it was delivered at the federal government office which contains other federal agencies.

don’t worry then they will update ur status soon cuz I heard some people status updated after several month but mine was 1 day and it was from NBC not Office

@shob Demax When my applications were at National Benefit Center, it updated in a few days, but I haven’t gotten any updates since my case was transferred to Boston Field Office.

@Maki W If it’s VAWA I485, they won’t update on your tracker again from FO, your next update will be New Card Is Being Produce

@Kenn . I am a widow and I applied I-360 (as a widow) and I-485. My I-3600 hasn’t been approved yet but they requested me to send in my medical RFE for I-485 to make a final decision. My applications are in Boston Field Office now. How can I confirm that if they received my medical? I am concerned because there are other agencies in that building.

Don’t worry once your usps tracker tells it’s delivered don’t worry. And do you have a pending i130? they must wanna approve your i485 based on it

@Kenn . I didn’t file I-130. I just filed I-360 as a widow, I-765 and I-485.

@Kenn . The thing is this medical RFE in Boston Field Office is that zip code is different from where the address was written on the RFE letter. This is another reason why I want to confirm they received my medical RFE.

Maki W, my case has been in USCIS since 8/2021, I got my work permit on 2022, my I130 was approved last month, and they requested my medicals on June 2023, I sent it on July 10 and they received medicals on July 25, now I'm waiting for final decision or my green card🙏.

@Nan May Did you get update on your case status when they sent you medical RFE, such as “RFE Was Sent”? I haven’t gotten that update either. The mail from USCIS showed up to my place one day.

@jhon u I would like to know to make sure they received my medical. I haven’t gotten update on “Request for Evidence Was Sent” when I received this RFE for medical. Not I haven’t gotten update on “Response to Request for Evidence Was Received” after I mailed out my medical. I just need confirmation from them that they have it so I feel relieved.

@Faithful God yes , they received on July 10, but they update in the system 7 days ago, "Request for evidence was received on July 25".
