if your spouse lives in overseas .. after uscis approval your case sent to nvc .. they do processing ... first you & your spouse (petitioner & applicant) receive email (welcome mail) within few days ...

ban ban almost 11 month i submitted aug 29,2022 decssion jul 25,2023.

@Milla man they say welcome letter (email) takes for maximum 45-60 days ... bt some get that mail early 3-4 days for 1-2 weeks ... soo hope you get your welcome mail soon .. welcome mail they give you NVC case number & Invoice Id number soo that you can login to your account

@ban ban don't know about the sibling ... but sibling might take more time compare to immidiate relative
