CR1 transferred to local field office is it good thing?
hi friends,
I submitted my I-130 one week ago and today Emma said my case was transferred from Texas SV to SF local field office.
is this good news? I heard that transferring to local office will speed things up a lot… not sure if it’s true?

seconde RFE for my second I-130
hello I’ve no idea about my I-130 . I will explain: It’s my seconde case my first case was denied on April 2022(I applied by myself ) then I star another case with a lawyer on July 13th. . On December 2022 I received a request for evidence to my I-130 to prove my mariage, my lawyer answered on February 4th and two days after uscis approved the case I-130. on July 27 uscis send me an email to bring my medical , I submitted my medical at New York field office on august 3rd. they approved my combo card Also on July 28th also(EAD+AP).
but today I received again another RFE for my I-130 asking me to prove my mariage . it’s the same RFE that I received last year for my firs approuved i-130. I’m asking if they didn’t look at the first I-130 or they want me to do it again ?? i already gave my kids birth certificates, pictures, affidavits, bills , lease everything .. I don’t understand why they ask me the same thing ???
