mine is 519 days they told us if we didn't hear anything we can contact them from September 17th

One lawyer’s advice that I got is to not file the i129 after an i130….first it will get denied anyway and it just creates more of a workload/problem, that it’s better to leave things as they are.

i think you shouldn’t do anything… things might get worse.. just wait until you can inquire. thats what my husband and I decided to do.. eventually it will get approved.
