5th year PhD student from top tier institution in the US.
Petition based on the following criteria:
*Internationally recognized prizes - got prizes from US govt. I won't mention which one in particular.
*Original Scientific contributions - Got CEO, President & CTO of major companies make product for the research I worked on to write a letter about the impact of my work to their industry.
*Authorship of scholarly articles
*Judge of other people's work - reviewer
*Critical role for a reputable US organization & delegate to UN convention.
*High salary - got offer from a leading US company and the salary was higher than top 90th percentile of earners in my field.
* Published material about me - US Missions published a material about me on their website and my name was featured on my undergraduate school magazine.
There is a chance I wasn't approved for all the 7 prongs. We may never know as I didn't get an RFE
