hello everyone,
I have a query regarding interview scheduled.The question is that ,does interview depend on documentary qualified date or depend on priority date.
Because there are some of cases get approve lately and some of them get early.if someone got approved i30 lately along with i824.Do they consider old priority date for interview or maintain DQ date.

2nd actively reviewing today.. help
we had our first actively reviewing just after we submitted I-130 we then received received an RFE in July over a year after the first submission. now two weeks after submitting evidence we got an actively reviewing your case notification - nothing in documents.
is it normal to change from received evidence to actively reviewing or does this mean they are actually looking at our case. I don't want to get excited and then be waiting another year 🙈 #activelyreviewing

RFE for Medical exams Newark FO
Finally after long time, my case is moving. My Pd is 3-14-2022 and unfortunately my attorney did not wante to submit initial packet with medical exams and yesterday got RFE to send them, surprisingly I have to mail them out to Cincinnati FO I don't know why, let's pray after they received them, have interview scheduled or interview waived quickly.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Case on Hold… Now What?
My case has been delayed. A few months ago they told me because of security checks… Still nothing. now what? what’s the next step. congress inquired again almost a month ago and I haven’t heard anything yet. How bad can this get? Will it stay like that for years? I’m concerned.

advance parole to Chicago fo. is that a issue?
File 360 and 485 Feb 2018. My 360 approved
June 2022. Then case 485 moved to Chicago fo july 2022. Got rfe Jan 2023 for medicals and case pending in Chicago. I applied for advance parole March 2023 it went to Nebraska center then in June it moved to Chicago.
I checked Chicago Dnt process advance parole.
Not sure why they moved parole app to Chicago. Any thoughts?

stem opt work
Hello all,
I filed for eb3 unskilled. During my 3 years of stem opt (2020-2023), from 2021 jan -2022 March there came a time when I didn't find a paying job due to COVID so I was doing internship/training at one company. The company offered me housing and paid training cost but didn't pay me. After discussing with my lawyer, we decided not to show that training on my i485 because it was unpaid. Now I'm worried because my lawyer has changed his opinion and Idk how to answer the question if I'm asked what did I do in that time interval 2021 jan to 2022 March. Because as an STEM opt student you're only allowed 150 days as of total unemployment including reg opt time. My interview will be coming very soon and I'm really worried. Please help. People who may have joined consultancy to find job may have experienced similar issue, please help if you find it relatable and share your experience if you already went through interview.
