On August 5th, I got a message on USCIS website, they were saying that my case is taking longer than expected to process in my case I-130. I don’t how much time to get a response.

It is taking most service centers 11 to 12 months to approve I-130. Our PD was October 27 2022 - we went from Taking longer than expected to Actively Reviewing September 8,2023. I looked in the documents folder in my case online and my I-130 was approved. My USCIS case was closed today September 16,2023 and has been transferred to NVC for Visa processing.

@Kebs Kebs. My case is not going to transfer to NVC, because I’m doing adjustment of status. I don’t know what’s gonna be my next step that I have to do
