ead renewal
anyone ever renewed EAD after an approved VAWA,please how long did it take? Emmy EAD expires next year august…I’m planning ahead on when to renew,works in a finance industry and they need it active always, I pray before the renewal my green card comes in so I don’t need it after all, but any idea on when I should renew and how long it takes?

hi everyone, I am a US citizen and planning to apply for my parents to come live with me. They reside outside the US. I am about to file I-130s online; what supporting documents should I submit beside the following:
1) a copy of my passport
2) my birth certificate
3) my parents birth certificates
4) my parents marriage certificate
5) a copy of my partners passports (all pages)
6) I-130 for each one of them
7) passport photo styles for each one of them
anything else that I am missing ? thank you for your kind help !
i750 and n400 combo
hi guys i had a combo i751 and n400 and was interviewed me and my spouse together, the officer was very strict from the start to the end , asked alot of questions and details we answered everything then suddenly started the civic questions without even tell me we gonna start n400 i was confused but i answered all the first 6 questions and reading and writing then he gived me a paper saying i751 is recommended for approval and a paper saying n400 decision cant be made yet , and later today the status for i751 said file transferred to a new office is this a good sign should i be worried or happy im confused.

Hi! i would just like to ask if anybody has the same experience.. this is my timeline. The RFE response that we sent was a letter asking for an extension of deadline for my medical since I was still in treatment. Now, I am fully treated and my medical is ready to be sent. myProgress is saying "5weeks" til the decision. Do I try to upload online my medical letters from my doctor ? Do I send my medical without an RFE or Do I just patiently wait for another RFE to be sent? i tried calling USCIS or the emma chatbot too but all they say is wait. What are your suggestions? thank you! :)

Can anything be done to expedite Advance Parole?
I’ve an important trip coming at the end of October, already purchased flights. my 131 was filed May 2022, they updated biometrics in August 2022, and no news since then. (Texas center)
EAD was approved November 2022. and my 140 was approved 3 weeks ago. now only waiting on 485 (recently transferred to National Benefits Center)
Attorney told me nothing can be done to expedite. I will try calling them tomorrow.
Anyone with a similar experience?
