Law firms for NIW
Hello,
I would love to get in touch with lawyers who have successfully won cases of National Interest Waiver.
Do you have any recommendations?
Thanks!
Enrique

Be are that lawyers don't care about your case and you are going to prepare it by yourself with the guidance of the lawyer. Don't hire lawyer from YouTube because they have thousands of clients and you won't see him again. They only want your money and you won't see them afterwards. Visit 3 local lawyers and compare prices (don't hire paralegals or friends). Good luck

The attention of lawyers is too impersonal in these processes. They give you a list of documents that you must gather and they give you very general guidelines to take the case. It's too expensive for you to end up doing 90% of the work. If your decision is to hire a law firm to represent you, I recommend Colombo & Hurd (they charge hard) Brito & Casamayor or a Colombian lawyer who has a very good channel on YouTube ... her name is Martha Salgado. You can guide yourself with their videos and shorts if you decide to start the process on your own

Thanks, Carlos. Wee you successful with the NIW and one of these forms? @Carlos Barbosa
Carlos Barbosa Sep 27, 2023
@Enrique Carral Trevino Yes. It took me about 4 months to gather all the documents because the vacation period of the university in which I did my undergraduate and master's degree coincided with the beginning of the process. It resulted in a folio of about 380 sheets that contained all the information of the process, the detail of the 3 prongs and all the diplomas and certificates as well as the business plan and the letters of recommendation and interest.

@Enrique Carral Trevino The case entered the Nebraska service center on August 15. It takes 43 days so far.

Carlos Barbosa Oct 6, 2023
@Moises Rivera Mmm I understand. I didn't know they weren't getting denied cases
Moises RiveraOct 6, 2023
@Enrique Carral Trevino the Colombo is not accepting cases in process or denied about EB2, they only are accepting new cases.
